How do I claim my Welcome Reward?





You have three months from the date you joined Complete Savings to claim your Welcome Reward and send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt. To redeem it, go to the Earnings page in your account and click "Claim now" after making your second purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined in your membership details. If requested, you have to send us your proof of purchase via the form or by emailing welcomereward@completesavings.co.uk. Once approved, your Welcome Reward will be added onto your Amount Available. To request payment, click "Transfer" on your Payments page and we'll transfer the money to your bank account.
